was taken away by the DPH,,
IVIS. Warden felt that Mr, Harrington was going by technical aspects of the
situation. She was net being technical. She was going by the personal
decision of the board not to air someone's dirty linens.
Mr. Ball felt that he could solve this problem by having the agenda
reviewed by the chair or by the agent, A decision can be made to put this
on the television or not. That was why the chair had the right to accept or
refuse.
IVIr. Harrington stated that the board was required to meet within fire days
of the condemnation.
Mr. Santos asked if it had to be in a public formats
Mr. Harrington replied that it had to be in a public format. But, at that
point It didn't need to be televised.
Mr. Santos felt that Mr, Ball's point was very good, But, in the same token,
he understood IVIS. Warden"s position. However, how did they right an
agenda around that?
M . Warden interrupted IVIr. Santos and stated that he missed her whole
point. She said that they needed to bring it here.
IIIb. Santos felt that he didn't want to argue with her. He totally
appreciated and understood her position in.this matter. But, she wasn't
trying to understand his.
IVIS. Warden disagreed and felt that she slid understand his position.
Mr. Santos re-iterated that everything they discussed from a legal
standpoint, had to be on the agenda. Whether it was legal, emotional,
personal whatever, They did a good job. They didn't say his name. But,
they did mention his address, That in itself had to be on the agenda,
publicized and advertised for a certain amount of hours and days. This
allows people to be able to core to the meetings. That was the only point
that he was trying to make. He understood her point.
Mr. Ball re-iterated that the chairman and the agent could be determined
whether it should be heard in executive session or not.
IVIS. Warden felt that that was fair. That was all she was asking.
1
