Mr. Darrington stated that he would like to close the office for a couple of <br /> hours on Wednesday afternoon for a staff meeting. They've already tried <br /> to do it on Monday and Friday and neither of them were good days. <br /> Wednesday afternoon was good because when they were on their <br /> Thursday schedule it gave them a chance to discuss what was corning up <br /> on the agenda and to speak to each other. They are going in so many <br /> directions right now that there were days when they didn't have time to <br /> speak to one another. <br /> Mr. Ball asked what time on Wednesday afternoon. <br /> Mr. Harrington replied that it would be between 2:00 and 4:00 PMw <br /> ICAs. Warden Meted that whet would happen was when they were done <br /> they would be dome. she didn't think It was going to take two hours. <br /> Mr. Harrington felt that if there was anyone at the window thea he would <br /> handle him or her after the meeting. <br /> Ms. Warden didn't think that they had two hours worth of stuff to talk <br /> about. Furthermore, she didn't think that would go over big with the <br /> general public. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that he didn't care if they wanted to think about it. <br /> It's just that they tried doing it Monday and Friday. Mondays were too <br /> hectic and on Fridays somebody would fake a vacation day. <br /> Mr. Ball wanted to know if they would close the window with a message <br /> that they would re-open within an hour or two. <br /> Ills. Warden stated that they would have to quite literally shut the lights <br /> off and go into his office because the public would burn a fire outside the <br /> Moor if they thought we were in here. They almost had a stroke when they <br /> took hire out for lunch last weeks <br /> Mr. Santos asked if this was necessary even week, <br /> Mr. Harrington felt that they did need it every week. <br /> Mr. Ball suggested that they do It for one hour and see what the feedback <br /> i . <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that Wednesday was not a big permitting day and <br /> they would still have time to get things done in the afternoon.
