But, it was still a fear years down the line.
Ms. Grady felt that ultimately it would be a good for all of us.
y. Title V septic Inspection Reports
Mr. Harrington stated that they would be sending out the renewals letters
to the septic installers for the 2004 license. They would also be sending
out a notice out to all of the septic inspectors because of the new $25.00
fee for review and filing of the Title V Deports. He wanted the board to
review and consider these Items he cane up with for enforcement if the
inspector continues to send in reports without paying the fee.
Ms Grady asked if the second offense additional fee would be....
Mr. Darrington responded that it would b $50.00.
Mr. Santos made a motion to approve the new fee with adherent
conditions. Ms. Grady seconded the motion. The motion passed.
APPOINTMENT: Gloria Overt/ Unit g-D Mashp a Village
Mr. Harrington noted that Nis. Overy had canceled this appointment.
OLD BUSINESS
A. Coastal Waste Management, Inc,
Mr. Harrington asked if they happened to review the contract from coastal
Waste Management that was recently re-submitted. If the board was
going to approve this they were going to have to do it in an open hearing.
If they were going to have further discussion they would have to wait to
the end of the meeting.
Ms. Grady stated that the only thing that she granted to say was that they
didn't say anywhere that they would out around the stacks.
Mr. Harrington brought IVIS. rady's attention to the "mowing will include
all handworkicutting around vents."
Ms. Grady noted that that covered her concern.
Mr. Harrington added that the contract didn't need a signature line
because the board just merely needed to vote to approve.
Ms. Grady asked Mr. Santos if he had any comments.
Mr. Santos felt that they needed more detail and an explanation why they
went ahead without authorization and mowed the lawn.
