The applicant didn't
have the ability to go to three bedrooms there.
Mr, Santos made a motion to deny the request until the beard is provided
with verification of this being a three-bedroom home and the ventilation
pipe needs to be four inches. Ills. Grady seconded the motion, Motion
passed.
APPOINTMENT: Coastal Waste Management- Landfill Mowing
No one was present for this meeting,
. bequest for deadline extension^Deer Crossing olrne
McGrath/H@Warj
Mr, Tim Santos was present. He began by stating that he wanted to
provide the board with a quick update. The'lest time they met was in
August. They received an administrative review in September and then
moving on to a technical stage. He spoke with .dim Murphy of the DEP in
raid-October. They were supposed to be submitting the approval letters
within a few weeks. Mr. Murphy passed away at that time. He was unsure
if they were all aware of that fact. Mr. Coors from the DEP called Mr.
Hajjar and advised hires that he was taking some personal time off, which
was probably understandable when you realize that he was Mr. Murphy's
right hand reran and wrote all of the permits for him. When he got back Mr.
Coors stated that he had over fifty permits to issue and they would be
issued when he got to therm. He expressed his concerns to Mr. Coors
about the timeline the board had given him with the installation of the
systems at the end of the year. He wanted to be right up front with the
board, He wanted to let everyone know that he didn't want to advise the
board with a letter. He was corning before the board and to speak to the
members in person so that they wouldn't think that they were trying to
pull something over on therm. They would install the system tomorrow if
they had the permits. He hadn't spoken with Dana Hill of the DEP last
week and again this week, The DEP has until the 26' of November
technically to issue the permits unless they request an extension from Mr.
Najjar. They would have to give there the benefit of the extension because
of what happened to Mr. Murphy. He said that he was going to have the
permits on Mr. Coors' desk Friday morning to be signed and in the mail
tomorrow. Hopefully, they would receive the permit Monday or Tuesday of
next week and then the first week of December somebody would be in to
pull the permits in to get therm installed. He just wanted to bring everyone
