t
up to date. If, they did have to come in and request an extension because
of a hold up at the DEP level everyone would be aware and not become
upset with there. They were not trying to prolong this project. They want
it in the ground and the test results.
Ms. Grady asked if they had given him any indication that there was a
problem with their permitting requests.
Mr. Tarn Santos responded that they were satisfied and they had given
theme all of the necessary information. God rest his soul, if Mr. Murphy
were alive they would have had therm already. Mr. Murphy had assured him
that they were on the way, Mr, Tian Santos was on therm every week, He
had a very good working relationship. He was pretty sad that he wasn't
there any more. He wanted to make the beard aware of this situation and
wanted to do it in person. +
Mr. Santos asked what the deadline was for completion of this project.
Mr, Tim Santos replied that the deadline was for an installation at the end
of the year,
Mr. Santos stated that there was no way in bell that they were going to
get them done within three weeks.
Mr. Tim Santos agreed that theywouldn't be able to complete all three
systems by the end of the year, if they got the permits at the beginning of
next week Mr. Botelho was going to come and pull the permits. While they were installing B and D the other tanks
could be made.
Mr. Harrington asked if they were 6000-gallon tanks.
Mr. 'Tire Santos agreed that they were 6000-gallon tanks. It was hard for
therm to order the tanks now. They didn't expect any delay in the
manufacturing of the tanks. But, they didn't expect Mr. Murphy to pass
away either. He wasn't trying to make excuses. He would relay the
feedback to Mr. HajJar,
Mr. Santos felt that he had beaten the horse to death. This had been his
whole concern the minute the now proposal had cone in front of therm. He
dealt with the DEP on a weekly basis, He knew how long it took therm to
do anything. They were relying on a specific time frame. This was his
concern. What his recommendation is to his fellow board members and
4
