Certified Health officer Exam <br /> m <br /> Mr. Harrington advised the board that he had passed his certified health <br /> officer exam and he was qualified to do his job. <br /> . Capital Improvement -Vehicle <br /> Mr. Harrington advised the board member that the FY 2005 Capital <br /> Improvement was due on Monday, The only item they have was the <br /> vehicle. He was just going to put it in main for replacement. He felt that it <br /> would get passed over again. He did feel that the other item they needed <br /> to be concerned with was the landfill. It needed to be re-seeded because <br /> it was suffering from erosion on the north and west side of it. <br /> Ms. Warden felt that they could verify this request with the past <br /> correspondence with the previous engineering firms that have been <br /> mentioning it for the last five years. <br /> Mr. Harrington asked if it had been a recommendation. <br /> Ms, Warden responded that it had been a recommendation in the past. <br /> Mr, Harrington felt that they needed to look at it. <br /> Ms, Grady asked if that would fall into the capital improvement bucket* <br /> Mr, Harrington responded that it absolutely fall into that; bucket, it would <br /> be more than $25,000.00. It should be put in under review or study to start <br /> the process. He asked Mr. Santos if he wanted to do a walkover. He would <br /> appreciate his input. There were some ruts and stuff. The mowers were <br /> taking their toll. It was nothing that he felt.. <br /> Mr. Santos felt that they could put it under study and obtain some quotes. <br /> They would thea know a ballpark figure to ask for. He remembered <br /> hearing about this for four or five years. <br /> Mr. Harrington added that there was some actual slumping on top of the <br /> liner and some crevices opening up. They have actually filled in due to <br /> erosion. Buts again, they were losing a lot of vegetations <br /> Mr. Santos asked if on the C.I.P. was there an area for "required or <br /> mandated by law". <br /> Mr. Harrington responded that the form just said "status of project and <br /> survey of need."
