It cane <br /> back with E-Z Construction and signed by IVIS. Zylinski when the original <br /> permit and cards were issued to another installer. This system was <br /> installed without a proper permit. <br /> Mr. Santos asked if Ms, Zylinski was occupying the residence. <br /> Mr. Harrington responded that Ms, Zyllnski was the licensed installer on <br /> new construction. <br /> Mr. Santos asked if the homeowners were in jeopardy of not beim able to <br /> get into the home. <br /> r <br /> Mr. Harrington noted that there had been no request for occupancy at this <br /> point in time. Mr. Barrows was the original license and permit holder to do <br /> the work. They did not do the work, which was confirmed by Cape <br /> Islands Engineering. Cape & Islands was called by E-Z construction to <br /> cone out and do the certification for the system as the engineer,, They <br /> knew that Mr. Barrows did not have anything to do with the installation of <br /> the system. E-Z construction and the ultimate certification by Ms, Zylinski <br /> presumably did occur, He wrote a letter to her citing her on that basis. <br /> Ms. Zylinski dict not have a permit to install the system. <br /> Mr. Santos asked if she was a licensed installer. <br /> Mr. Harrington responded that she was a licensed installer. <br /> Mr. Santos asked what the appropriate fine would be for installing a <br /> system without a permit. He was getting tired of this stuff. <br /> Mr. Darrington added that they haven't had problems but they have had <br /> other instarnces where he knew that systems had been started without <br /> there holding the right permit. But, he hadn't documented the prior <br /> occasions when this has happened. He was now putting it on paper as a <br /> 8 <br />
