Motion passed.
i Review of Disposal construction Works Permit - 147 Shore Drive
Mr, Harrington began by stating that the board had Previously denied this
plan. It was denied based on the fact that the information in the folder at
that time all said two bedrooms. The board denied it basically saying that
they could not have three-bedrooms. They could only have two bedrooms.
He received a call from cape & Islands and the owner. He went to the
property and did a walk-through. This was a couple of doors down from:
Dean's Pond, across from the Popponessett Inn Beach. This was an old
Cape cod style cottage and the rooms had never been touched. The
septic system had been re-clone in 1990, The septic system had been re-
done in 1990 and installed for three bedrooms. It was sized under the old
cede for three bedrooms, So all things pointed to something else going
wrong. The applicants own 135 and 147.. It ended up that all of the
information for 1was in the 147 file and 135 under the old assessor's
information showed as a two bedroom, He felt that through his
presentation to the board It was because of the records that were in the
wrong file. He looked through the file and got together with the assessor.
The assessor showed him where the error was. He matched it up not only
by address but also by lot. They determined that they had the wrong
information and the board had based their decision.on the wrong
information, He would recommend that they rescind their original denial
and approve the Plan: on it's merits.
