The first time they were notified was August 1111, 2003, <br /> which was one geek later. That was one week that they had no bathroom <br /> facilities. <br /> Mr. Santos felt that that was all they could get.' <br /> Mr. Ball asked for clarification. Grady stated that they had already done that. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that the length of time still occurs but the number of <br /> violations changes because... <br /> Mr. Ball noted that it was $38,100.00 for the septic violation and <br /> $2,100,00 for the food violation, The total would be $409200.00. <br /> Mr. Santos made a motion to impose a fine of$40,200.00 as discussed. <br /> The remaining $300.00 per day fine for the septic system improvements <br /> will occur on the specified with seven rims for a perk test, fourteen days <br /> from the perk test to engineered drawing being submitted and approved, <br /> then thirty days from the approval of the pians to have the system <br /> completely installed or no later than March 1 , 2004, whichever codes <br /> first. <br /> Mr. Ball interjected that he would like to put a time limit on the payment <br /> of the fine. <br /> Mr. Harrington noted that they had the right to appeal it. But, they had <br /> thirty days to pay it or go to court. <br /> Mr, Santos continued the motion by adding that they had thirty days to <br /> pay the fine of$40,200.00 from today's date. The $300.00 per day fine will <br /> e suspended from today's date as long as the timeframes are net on the <br />
