i
r
r
Mr. Harrington thanked him and added that Ms, Warden wrote.
Mr. Santos continued that the last sentence was especially good. He
knows that he had said it before. He really didn't think that they
understood this concept upstairs. This department was basically 100%
mandated by the stated. He suggested that they included the actual
language from the MGL d subsection 4 in the memo.
Ms. Grady made a suggestion that they eliminated item number three
because they night turn around and make them pay for their own re-
certifications and requirements.
Mr. Harrington stated that there was no motion necessary on this matter
because it was an infernal audit.
Mr, Ball agreed with Ms. Harden that they should copy the finance
committee on this memo.
OLD BUSINESS:
A. House Condemnation -252 ' heeler Load
Mr, Darrington began by stating that this was an F f I to the board. The
problem was that they still did not know whom it was that died in the
home. The house was boarded up and secured. He had spoke to the
brother who was a demolition contractor from IVH. He was going to demo
the house. The house was still considered not a crime scene because
they had ruled out foul play but haven't finished the body identification.
The scene hadn't been release once it occurred they would come in and
do the demolition.
B. Deer Crossing Holmes & M cath/Haiiar
Mr* Harrington stated that again this was an FYI right now. The state had
gotten a hold of this and was now looking to put into the groundwater
discharge permit program, which he felt was unfortunate. All they were
trying to do was let him retrofit his original system. Title V sees the
property as a whole over 101000 gallons per day. If there was potential for
groundwater contamination, the DEP can put therm in the groundwater
discharge program and make them put in a wastewater treatment plant
for the whole place. Mr, Hajjmar is looking at $75,000,00 to a couple of a
million dollars worth of work.
Mr. Ball asked if Carbo's would take him out of that loop.
IVIr. Harrington replied that Carbols. was under separate ownership, He
wasn't sure how this was going to work out, it all depended on the legality
