Glenn Santos, Glen E.
Darrington and Veronica A. Warden
NEW BUSINESS
11 sign warrants.
Warrants signed.
F,Yvle - 2003 BOH Town Report
The beard members reviewed the town report.
Title V Violation -40 Canonchet Avenue Belli)
Mr. Harrington began by stating that they had written several letters to
the owner at this address, The septic has overflowed as far back as 2001.
They have fined the owner. The owner had signed up for the lover interest
low program through the county as well as hired ars attorney. The problem
right n w Ps there is a co-owner on the deed who apparently did not wish
to sign off for the low interest loan. Dight now they don't have the
financial means to repair the septic system, They are willing to and have
the financing in pied. Dight now having this co-owner on the deed, they
haven't gotten any cooperation and could not get the lean approved. This
was going on three years, They have been keeping it for the most part
from overflowing. A couple of tunes they have had to remind them. They
had to come to some decision to force the issue. They did request
additional time when they did fine them. He wasn't sure what the court's
resolution was at that time. He thought that it was dropped when the
attorney cane in and spoke about the problem with the person on the
deed. They had received another letter just a couple of days ago, which
also spelled out that problem. They were still working on and say that
they have the money waiting. They needed to resolve the other issue of
the deed. The attorney's letter speaks of a petition to partition regarding
the ownership of the deed# Granted he did not know what that was and he
hadn't had a chance to contact the attorney to find out how long that
process was going to take.
Mr, Ball interjected that that was a long process.
