He asked if the board could hear them <br /> before they went forward to take care of the rest of the paperwork. � <br /> Mr, Ball agreed and asked where they were located. <br /> . Variance Request- 13 cava Avenue <br /> Mr. Kyle Bugg, homeowner was present. <br /> Mr. Harrington began by stating that they had just received a letter <br /> regarding a garage addition that was proposed. In order to do that the <br /> septic tank had to be moved and they were asking for the leaching pit <br /> remain rather than locate or put in new leaching facility for the garage <br /> addition. The required distance is ten feet and the actual distance or <br /> proposed distance now would be four feet. <br /> Mr. Harrington asked. if the entrance to the garage went over the septic <br /> tank or the pit. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that the tank was H2O now. The pit was also H20. <br /> . <br /> Mr. Santos felt than this was correct since it was under the driveway. Mr. <br /> Santos asked if the old tank was going to be removed. <br /> Mr. Harrington confirmed that that was correct. <br /> Mr. Ball asked lir. Harrington'if he was positive that the old tank was H20. <br /> Mr. Harrington replied that the tank was definitely H20. <br /> 1r. Ball stated that he did not see that on noted on the plan. <br /> Mr. Harrington reviewed the file documents and found a note from the <br /> previous health agent, Mr. Elias McQuaid, that the pit was H20. <br /> . <br /> Mr. Ball was happy with that response. <br /> i <br /> Mr. Santos asked if this was in a Zone ll. <br /> lr. Harrington confirmed that that was correct. <br /> Mr. Santos asked if the health agent hard.r viewed the floor plans. <br /> Mr. Harrington asked Mr. Bugg if he had brought floor plans with him* Then <br /> he asked if they had looked at floor plans before. <br />
