S <br /> f <br /> Mr. Bugg stated that the system was re-placed four years ago when they <br /> bought the house. He had assumed at that time and asked the health <br /> agent at that time, which was net Mr. Harrington, it he was going to put a <br /> garage on the property. That health agent indicated that it would be okay. <br /> Mr. Santos clarified that the reason why he asked the question regarding <br /> the floor plans was that if he had had any plans of putting a bedroom or <br /> anything over the garage. This home was located in a Zone lig They had to <br /> take into consideration the size of his let and the number of bedrooms <br /> because they were in a Zone 11* Title V regulations have changed since <br /> 2000. <br /> Mr. Bugg responded that he was not adding any bedrooms, He was looking <br /> for storage space. <br /> Mr. Harrington interjected that he had reviewed the original plans at the <br /> counter. However, he wound review the final plans again before the <br /> building sign-off. Furthermore, since the system was only four years old. <br /> He felt that it should be In good enough shape for it to be re-located. <br /> Mr. Santos made a motion to approve the plans submitted by Mr. Kyle <br /> Bugg for 13 Cayuga Avenue and the variances as requested in the cover <br /> letter dated .January 0', 2004, with the following conditions: The plan <br /> needs to have a locus and the variances listed on the plan itself. The <br /> variances are as follows: A six-foot variance to the SAS. The existing tank <br /> is to b6 relocated to maintain a 101 to the SAS. Nis. Grady seconded the <br /> motion. Motion passed. <br /> Mr. Harrington interjected that they had the variances requested in <br /> writing. It wasn't a full Title V design plan. Mr. Santos could request that <br /> if he wanted, But, they had the variances in writing. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Great Hay subdivision -Joe Weinstein <br /> Mr. Jack 1cElhany, Esq., was present representing Weinstein Builders. <br /> Mr, Weinstein was also present. This involved the Great Hay Subdivision. <br /> This particular issue had been kicking around for a number of years. H <br /> was unsure how much background they wanted on it or where to start. Mr. <br /> Weinstein purchased the subdivision. in August of 1999, They had ar plan to <br /> help orient people. (Mr, McElhany now shows the board members the <br /> plant.) This is a thirty-five-lot subdivision, which was approved under the <br /> town's open space development concept. It was in an R3 Zone. The lots <br /> are approximately half-acre lots. They were there tonight to request an <br /> approval of a nitrogen aggregation plan, which would essentially allover Mr, <br /> Weinstein utilize 25 acres of open space as part of the project in doing his <br /> 7 <br />
