a
S
4
i
}
k #
k have violations everywhere. Then they carne to the board after they
asked them to fix it. The poor people who were working for therm didn't
have a bathroom, They didn't have a bathroom for two creeks. They were
running a mile down the read to use the bathroom. They had to excuse
her but when she looked back this was getting absolutely ridiculous.
Then they sit there and suggest to the board that they shouldn't charge
them this much. They tried to work with therm. They had to order them to
bring a Rouse House in so they didn't have to leave to go to the
bathrooms. This was just amazing,
Mss Gromelski interrupted Ms. Warden and stated that she understood
her frustration and agreed...
i
IVIS, Warden stated that Ms. Gromelski did not understand her frustration.
No she dict not because she had not been there to watch therm.
Mr. Harrington interjected that one of the things that was taught in the
servsafe Mass was the necessity and the requirement for sanitation.
That was what the crass was about. For Mr. Langford to run that facility
with-a ser safe certificate and not have bathrooms work for the length of
time that they didn't work and still be serving food was ludicrous. That
was why one set of the fines was added. IVIS. Grady, the other health
member felt that they couldn't stand for that, A fine could be issued
every day.
Ms. Gromelski agreed with Mr. Harrington that that was a problem.
Mr, Darrington interjected that Ms. Gromelski stated that they didn't give
proper notification. But, the simple requirement that the federal food
code has for the ServSafe is notification right there alone. It was a
requirement for the education for sanitation. if you didnyt have that
sanitation you close. or you call the board of health and say, "look this i
what's happening and this is what I arse doing about it," There was no
notification to the boar* He understood that IIr. Langford had a problem
getting back to get his servsafe certificate, He had to go through other
channels. That should have been done and at the facility when he was
hired. It was supposed to be posted. That could have been a separate
violation in itself. It wasn't provided to the inspector at the time of the
inspection. That was a violation in and unto itself. gust the fact that h
didn't provide it and it wasn't conspicuously posted along with the ,
permit.
IVIS. Warden stated that they had let a lot of things go. It was life you
people were thumbing their inoses at the board.
1
