ry ,
y
r
0
3 w
• IIs. Gromelski had wished that the information had come across her desk
sooner, she felt that they now had the right people in place and do what i
they could to make the board feel better about this. They wanted to
make sure that they do the right thing in complying as they go down the
read with the board.
Ms. Warden felt that it took the board to take them to this point to get
there to pay attention to ghat they were saying. That is were the board's
frustration cones in too.
FIs. Gromelski understood the food violation. She could definitely offer
the $2100,00 fine that was still outstanding that they were willing to pay.
Mr. Ball interjected that they had heard enough. He wanted to take this
under advisement.-They would continue it and get back to her. Anything
else further regarding legal action should be in writing for town counsel.
Mr. Harrington felt that if they were going to go beyond the 17Ih, which
was 30-days of the boards last order to pay the fine that was levied by
the board on .January 4 t", 2004. They would have to make an order to
relax the original order. They would have to issue another order. They
had to remand the original order and allow them another extension.
Mr. Ball felt that they were getting into legal areas that were not their
expertise,
Mr. Santos re-iterated that Ms. Gromelski was coring before the board to
pay the $2100.00, He was in agreement with Mr. Ball,
1r. Ball felt that they could accept the $2100.00 payment. The remaining
$38,100.00 was applicable to violation order number-five relating to the
septic.
Ms, Gromelski felt that in the future they should contact her. she was the
lawyer for all of the company retail stores.
Mr. Harrington interjected that her own company didn't know where to
find her.
Ms, Gromelski didn't come into this position into January.
Mr. Harrington understood and he wasn't speaking about then
specifically. However, their own manager didn't know whom to contact
and if they dict contact therm it didn't go beyond that point. They were
here because it was total drop of the ball. They seat their notices* They
1
