Review and sign third round of Community septic Lean Program <br /> A-weement <br /> The-board members placed their signatures on the form. <br /> 4. Review of January 2004 Tobacco compliance check <br /> Mr. Ball stated that they had two choices in this matter. since it was the <br /> beginning of the year, they could issue a warning to Andy's Market. He <br /> did request that they allow 16-year-old employees sell cigarettes or move <br /> the age up to 1 . <br /> Mr. Santos-interjected that if they did this to Andy's Market they would <br /> have to do it to everyone else. Furthermore, according to our records the <br /> previous infraction was in 2002. They had problems in the past with <br /> another vendor. The board put the time frame back three-years. The fines <br /> were going on. and on for tan to fifteen years. They did make a cut of <br /> three-years. If they were clean for three-years then the slate would be <br /> clean. <br /> Mr. Harrington confirmed that they changed the wording to grant Andy's <br /> Market an exemption to lower the actual regulation to 16-years. of age. <br /> But, Andy's Market hadn't had a violation in the last three-years. <br /> Mr. Santos made a notion to issue a written warning to Andy's Market for <br /> the violation of the tobacco regulation determined during the smoking <br /> compliance check. Mr. Ball seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br />
