Review and Approve: New Dawn Tanning salon: <br /> Mr. Harrington noted that the board had reviewed this once before and <br /> the board had opted not to vote on this because they were under the <br /> impression that it was not going to open until the sprung. The owner is <br /> now prepared to open. He recommended to the board that they approve <br /> the permit. <br /> Mr. Santos asked if they had done the preliminary inspection. <br /> Ms, warden responded that they had had a plan review. <br /> Mr. Santos made a motion to approve the license for the New Dawn <br /> Tanning salon pending the health agents' inspection and approval. Mr. <br /> Ball seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: 18 Pondvie wr Drive -- Dean Walton <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that that appointment had been resolved. They <br /> were not coming to the board meeting. He met all the requirements that <br /> they had sent hurt in a letter. <br /> . MMR- T.C.E. Found <br /> Mr, Harrington stated that the military notified IVIS. Warden yesterday that <br /> the Ts. Warden yesterday that Trichloroethylene was found in one of the <br /> wrens in a residential neighborhood at the intersection of Algonquin and <br /> sari onett Avenue. They were going to be sending notices. But, he felt <br /> that the board should send their own notice to people who are still on <br /> wells in that area so that they could come into compliance with the <br /> board's regulation. <br /> - Mr. Ball asked if torn water was available up there. <br /> IVIr. Harrington confirmed that there was town water available. <br /> IVIS. Warden interjected that Mr. Carson from the base to her that part of <br /> the program for the military was to monitor their wells and if the <br /> contaminant were found to exceed the MCL's thea they would provide <br /> water to them. <br /> Mr. Ball suggested that they were not at that point yet. <br /> Ms. Warden confirmed that that was correct. The base called today to <br /> determine, which were domestic and which were irrigation wells. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that they had had a hit at I Annawon. But, those <br /> 2 <br />
