} <br /> w, Mr. Ball asked if they were going to install more wells were they going to <br /> be monitoring wells from 285 feet going up and down. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that for the extent they would be going up, down <br /> and laterally, also. <br /> Ms. Warden stated that at the last meeting with the MMR. There were <br /> twelve or fifteen drinking water wells left. she asked Mr. Carson what <br /> their intentions were regarding these wells. Mr. Carson stated that <br /> eventually they would be tying these wells into town water. This was <br /> something she felt the board needed to approach the next time they were <br /> in to speak to the board. she felt that they needed to see what their <br /> intentions were and to speed up their final connections to these <br /> remaining homes. <br /> Mr. Ball asked hover fair the town water went up into the subdivision. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that it was available for the entire subdivision. <br /> Ms. Grady asked if the MMR had paid for everyone to hook in. <br /> Mr. Harrington confirmed that that was correct. <br /> Ms. Grady had noticed that this had gone to the selectmen. Did it come to <br /> the board members as well? <br /> Ms. Warden confirmed that the board had received notice and it was <br /> received prior to the selectmen being in receipt of their notice. <br /> IVIS. Grady made a motion to continue this agenda item until further <br /> information was received regarding the possible contamination of wells in <br /> the Bri r ood area. Mr. Bell seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: 40 eanonchet Avenue -Abelli/OlMalley <br /> Mr. Harrington provided the board members with a quick update. Ms. <br /> O'Malley carne before the board of the last meeting per the board's <br /> request,v The board decided at that that time that she had signed the loan <br /> documents for the septic installation. The only thing holding up that <br /> process was the need to obtain new bids because the original bids were a <br /> year old from the date of the original application. Itwasn't anyone's <br /> problem right now, It was up to the contractors to re-issue their bids. He <br /> spoke with Mr. Ayers today to make sure that it wasn't either of the co- <br /> owners of the property, Mr. yer's was hoping that he would have the bid <br /> in by tomorrow. He would have the proposals out immediately for the loan <br /> agreement with a final conclusion by next week. If they revisited this in a <br /> 4 <br /> i <br />
