He brought his daughter <br /> with hire to introduce her to the process and pay the fine* <br /> IVIS. Grady wanted to know that at this point if they had four dogs or less. <br /> Mr, Harrington stated that the animal control officer had been by. He had <br /> not been back since they went and determined that they had additional <br /> dogs there. Nov that the fine had been paid and that Mr. Bateman was <br /> involved that things were better there. They had two other places to keep <br /> the dogs, one was in Marion and one was in Harwich. <br /> F. condemnation of Homes: <br /> Ills. Grady wanted an update on a couple of homes, <br /> 56 South Sandwich <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that the board had posed a question to hires <br /> regarding what it took to put the house back in to habitation. H <br /> researched this area. It dictated that something had to be in writing from <br /> the board. He went back through the home and did a re-inspection. He <br /> found that the owner had repaired enough of the Douse to get habitation <br /> hack. All it really took was something in writing. He gave hire a passing <br /> inspection. He was in the process of repairing the floors with hardwood, <br /> The property was unoccupied at the time, He was making several repairs. <br /> He had put in new doors. There was a new well with the gas re- <br /> 5 <br />
