He felt that the problems <br /> made it an unsafe structure. He got a call from the contractor who was doing the work. He <br /> had taken at least three plus roll offs of material out of the house. Most of <br /> the house, three-quarters of it, was clown to the sheet rock. They hadn't <br /> taken the sheet rock out yet. They were going to gut and start over. He <br /> wasn't surprised by that choice. That timeline was probably corning up <br /> and he would have to revisit it.
