Grady asked if they hadn't just transferred the property, she thought <br /> they had to do something to upgrade the system. <br /> Mr. Harrington advised Ms. Grady that they had given there to June 71st to <br /> have engineering before the beard. <br /> Ms. Grady asked if it was this .dune 1". <br /> Mr. Harrington confirmed that it was this June 11% with a couple of nares <br /> for engineer contacts. They were moving forward and said that they would <br /> comply. He believed that they would. The board was going to make a <br /> determination to have the system installed at the next meeting after the <br /> June V% 2004, deadline. <br /> Appointment: Exxon/Mobil Septic Repair/Fines <br /> Mr. Jeff Bricker and Mark Schultz were present from Exxon/Mobil for this <br /> appointment. <br /> Mr. Ball stated that because of the potential litigation he had to make his <br /> statement short and kind of quick. They could not entertain any further <br /> discussion. The board had decided to extend the payment day from March <br /> t" to March 15"', 2004, in the payment of $40,200.00 due on that date. If <br /> the payment was not made, the bottom line was that they were going to <br /> court. That was all he could say at this time because of litigation. <br /> Mr. Harrington recommended a vote to rescind an order for the March 1'', <br /> 2004, deadline and there make a motion for the new deadline, <br /> IVIS. Grady made a motion to rescind the ( larch ', 2004, date. Mr. Ball <br /> seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> AAs. Grady made a motion to issue the new date of March '1 t", 2004. Mr. <br /> Ball seconded the motion. (Motion passed. <br /> 7 <br />
