If the payment was not made, the bottom line was that they were going to court. That was all he could say at this time because of litigation. Mr. Harrington recommended a vote to rescind an order for the March 1'', 2004, deadline and there make a motion for the new deadline, IVIS. Grady made a motion to rescind the ( larch ', 2004, date.
