He went back there and did an inspection. <br /> When he got in the deer Mr. Kogut handed him three more servsafe <br /> certificates. They followed up and they were all legitimate. Mr. Kogut <br /> received them from the Massachusetts Restaurant Association, The first <br /> time Mr. Harrington called no one had heard of him, He had his doubts. <br /> But, everything worked out well. He had all of his kitchen staff servsafe <br /> trained. He has four people that were ser vSafe trained, He has prepared <br /> the other half of his kitchen so that he has new floors, new walls and the <br /> only thing left was to paint the ceilings. The kitchen was bright, white and <br /> clean. He replaced one of his old stand-up freezers, He really did very <br /> well. There were a couple of minor things in the women's bathroom and a <br /> little mold in the ice machines. The ice machine was going to be replaced, <br /> which was another story. Mr. Kogut knew that the board was on his track <br /> now. He blamed Robe's for not cleaning it out. He will give hirci fourteen <br /> days and handle it from there. All in all it was very clean. The guys were <br /> very diligent. The temperatures were very good. He did have trouble <br /> getting enough people to run one class. That was why it took hire longer <br /> than it should have. He believed hire because it was hard getting people <br /> together for that. <br /> Ca Brickyard Marketplace, <br /> Nis. Grady asked for an update on the Brickyard Marketplace. <br /> Mr. Harrington replied that the Brickyard Marketplace received provisional <br /> approval. Mr. Grotzke was taken off of the job and another gentleman, <br /> Brian Donohoe, a former DEP manager of the ground grater protection <br /> department took responsibility of the project and prat the new plan <br /> through the DEP; He handled that part of it. It was a gravity system. It <br /> maintained the five-feet about ground water. They received that last <br /> October. The system was being installed. He did a final and the P.E. who <br /> stamped the plan was out there certifying the system. He met hire, spoke <br /> with him and made sure that all the 'Ills"were dotted and the "T's" were <br /> crossed. The new FAST unit was supposed to go in today. He did not stop <br /> and look at that. The leaching was in and that was the major part of the <br /> process* He was going to get a letter from the FAST people certifying the <br /> installation* The right unit was brought in and installed. There were <br /> questions on that originally. <br /> D.
