Y
the pumping. That was up to the homeowners. As far as the board's call
they would not be violating a state permit.
Mr. Santos felt that that was good call because they couldn't go against
the state anyways.
Mr. Harrington stated that he was sorry that he had told Mr, Gangemi to
come before the hoard. But, he felt that this solved the problem.
Mr. Gangemi said that this solution was fine.
Mr. Ball asked if he could use the 1500-gallon holding tank as a tight tank*
Mr. Gangemi felt that that would be fine. It was a tight tank.
Mr, Ball asked how many bedrooms there were in the house.
Mr, Gangemi stated that them were three bedrooms.
IIIb. Harrington stated that he didn't knew how many people would be in
there. But, it was a three-bedroom homer
Mr. Ball felt that they should only have to pump it once.
Mr. Gangemi had no idea that the Bio fere would take ten-weeks and they
wouldn't bend one bit. They were the only suppliers, which is kind of
strange,
Mr. Ball asked if they needed to make a motion,
Mr. Harrington confirmed that they needed to make a motion because
they were altering a permit. Or they could leave this permit in place but
another permit to be issued to operate the tight tank on an agreement
basis until they could set a date for arrival and installation of the tank.
Mr. Ball made a motion to request a permit be issued for the usage of a
tight tank at 76 Greensward Dead until such time as the arrival and
installation of the Bio lere system on or about April 281h, 2004. The tank
must be tight and a pumping contract provided. The usage of this tank is
temporary until ,15.04. Mr. Santos seconded the motion. Motion passed.
OLD BUSINESS:
A. Lisa Abelli - 40 Canonchet Avenue - Upgrade of Failed System
Mr, Harrington started that they had received a copy of Moan papers signed
by both of the occupants. He wanted to update the board on the progress
1
