x
two to ten students in a class.
Mr. Ball asked what his maximum group of students would be. What would
be his goal?
Mr. DiMarggio didn't avant more than twelve students in his class because
it was not big enough. He tried to keep it under twelve.
Mr. Ball stated that if they permitted it for twenty that could only be 60
CPD, He felt that with the information that they had in front of them now
they weren't even close to the design flow. They knew where the design
flow was at and they knew homer fair they could go before it kicked ked in, it
would not be required at this point in time.
Ms. Grady felt that because they were not even close-to the firm or ten
gallons per person. They would have to go for the tow-er-number of
students for the maximum amounts of each class.
Mr. Grady added that there were no showers in there associated with this;
Mr. Bali continued by stating that even if another class carne in with
twelve there would still be enough room with 36 GPD more.
Ms. Warden started that if they were happy with these results. she would
dice the board to condition the approval that the owner notifies the board
of health, not for change of use but for change of tenant. When the tenant
changed the board would like to know who was going into the space and
what they were doing.
Mr. Schulman wanted to point out to the board that were they stood right
now was that except for one unit even unit was a three to five year lease.
He was hopefully not going to see a change of tenants too often* ,
Ms. Warden re-iterated that it was Mr. Harrington's recommendation
regarding the tenant condition#
Ms. Grady suggested that they just ask for the records for the garter now.
Mr. Schulman started that anything before the summer when the irrigation
usage starts to kick in should be viable in legitimate numbers*
Mr. Ball recommended that they do it for another three weeks.
Ms. Warden recommended than they get into the summer months and see
how things pick up or lessen. it was better to have a few months versus
three weeks.
5
1
