The vote was taken in public and the discussion occurred <br /> in private. <br /> Mr. Santos stated that once the minutes were approved, executive <br /> session or not, they go into public record for review by the public, <br /> Ms, harden stated that the minutes of February 611, 2004, that pertain to <br /> i the mote made for the Exxon/Mobil decision. <br /> Ms. Grady made a motion to approve the minutes of the public meeting <br /> regarding the Exxon/Mobil septic-Repair and fine. Mr. Bail seconded the <br /> motion. Mr. Santos abstained from the vote. Lotion passed. <br /> Being no further business Ms. Grady rade a motion to adjourn the <br /> meeting at 8:33-PM, Mr. Santos seconded the motion, Motion passed. <br /> Respectfully sub ed by, <br /> Charlotte . err n, dministrative secretary <br /> 18 <br />
