r <br /> Ms. warden stated that they have people working in a facility that were <br /> cooking different things. Then there was another organization cooking <br /> something different. <br /> Mr. Santos just granted to make sure. <br /> Mr. Ball recommended that Ms. Warden looked into this matter. <br /> Ms. Grady made a motion to approve the fond establishment for Friends of <br /> Mlashpee Families with a waiver of the permit fees Mr. Ball seconded the <br /> motion, The motion passed. <br /> A. Torn Vehicle Use_& Availability Memo <br /> Mr. Santos made a motion to approve the memo with corrections. Ills. <br /> Grady seconded the motion.-The motion passed. <br /> B. Town Report <br /> Ms. Warden asked if they had seen the annual report. she reviewed it and <br /> it looked great. <br /> Mr. Ball stated that they would tale Ms. Warden's word for it,, <br /> C. Town Counsel - Exxon/Mobil <br /> Ms, Warden stated that town counsel called her in regards to Exxon/Mobil, <br /> He stated that the attorney from Exxon had informed hire that they had <br /> not moved on anything because they were waiting for the board of health <br /> to inform them of a decision. This would be Kendra r el ki. since she <br /> was not at the last meeting she was waiting for them to send her a letter. <br /> Mr. Ball asked if they should go into an executive session for this. <br /> MIs. Grady felt that they had to go into executive session. <br /> Mr. Santos agreed with Ms. Warden. They slid not need to go into <br /> executive session. it was public knowledge. <br /> Ms. Warden interjected that all they granted to do is release the executive <br /> session minutes to town counsel of February 26t', 2004. <br /> Mr. Ball.stated that they had to review therm in executive session. <br /> Mr. Santos stated that they had to vote on there in public. <br /> Mr. Ball disagreed and stated that they could take a roll spall mote in <br /> executive session. <br /> 17 <br />
