They were agreeing to <br /> remove the leach pit altogether and restore the portion of the site that <br /> was dammed resulting from it. <br /> Ms. Warden stated that legally the responsibility for the removal of the <br /> cesspool was the homeowners. <br /> Mr. Madden stated that his sister's concerns were that she continued to <br /> be properly notified of what was going on and gives her permission for <br /> people to enter her property. she would like that whatever was placed <br /> there was removed and the property restored. <br /> Mr. Sall stated that everyone agreed to remove it. He asked Mr. Shay if he <br /> had the letter that Mr. Harrington wrote to hire regarding the groundwater <br /> issue. <br /> Mr. shay did have the letter and produced it for Mr. Ball. <br /> Ibis# Warden added that what Mr. shay produced was a deficiency letter <br /> that went to the engineers when the plans did not meet the code. IIIb. <br /> Shay revised the plan in accordance with this letter. <br /> Mr. Shay added that there was a note here that he was not asking for an <br /> increase in flow in order to repair the two-bedroom system. They were <br /> basically saying that for the most part a conventional system with the <br /> exception of the lot line variances. It was an existing two-bedroom house <br /> and they did not want permission to increase the flow. <br /> Lucy stated that it was a three-bedroom house <br /> S <br /> Mr. Sall stated that not according to the file information it was not a <br /> three-bedroom house. <br /> Mr. shay added that according to Mr. Harrington the assessor's records <br /> confirmed that it was a two-bedroom house. <br /> Lucy (real estate person) continued by stating that she had sold the house <br /> as a three-bedroomo The owner told her that it was three-bedroom home. <br /> 5 <br />
