IIT. Marden asked if there were three-bedrooms in the home and 70
square feet or bigger.
Lucy stated that she did not know hover big they were, But, they were
three large rooms,
Mr. Ball stated that according to the information provided by Mr.
Harrington this should stay a two-bedroom.
Ills. Warden added that what they were required to do for Title Ver as to go
out to the home and do a site visit to court the number of bedrooms as
long as they were not added on after the house was wilt. If it was an
original house plan with three bedrooms. It would be considered a three-
bedroom.
Lucy stated that when she pulled the Meld card it had it as a three-
bedroom.
Mr. Shay agreed with Lucy and stated that he didn't understand why Mr.
Darrington said two-bedrooms because he had it at three originally too.
Mr. Santos re-iterated that Mr,,,Harrington, "No increase In flew requested
only repair for existing tyro-bedroom horse."
Mr. Shay stated that that was based on what Mr. Harrington had told hire
that it was a two-bedroom.
Mr. Santos added that this was the latest reprised plan and he was still
requesting a separation from five to four feet. That needed to be changed.
Everything states that it was a two-bedroom and the three-bedroom was
proposed with 330 GPD.
Mr. shay stated that Title V required a minimum of 330 GPD regardless of
bedroom amount. He didn't want therm to think that they were trying to
sneak something by them.
Mr, Santos did not want to step on Mr. Ball's toes. But, if he was going to
make the motion he wanted to'get his facts straight on this.
Mr. Shay asked if they could make it contingent-upon verifying the
bedrooms. obviously they could give there a final reprised plan.
Mr. Ball didn't have a problem with this request.
6
