{
s
Mr. Harrington replied that he only brought the permitting file not the
actual address file.
Mr. Ryther stated that the inspection report stated 19-bedrooms but the
design plan has -bedrooms.
Mr, Ball felt that they had to address the large flow but the 440 GPD was
questionable.
Mr. Santos appreciated his coning here in front of therm He did not ask
what his purpose was and ghat he was trying to accomplish. They have a
regulation that they had been very strict on sticking to it with the
commercial properties because basically anybody who was going to go
over 660 CPD were commercial unless it was a humongous house. He was
confused as to where they were going with this. He was trying to figure out a way to keep therm in
business and keep the board happy.
Mr. Ball suggested that since he had just been hired if he gave the board
two plans one for the 440 CPD and one for the other. He could come in
and argue the case. He did not know how the board felt about the 440
GPD; it might not need a denitrification system. But, the other one did, it
was over 600 CPD. It would give them an option to say well maybe they
could do it this way or that way. It would depend on the board's opinion.
Mr. Harrington wanted to ask if they had looked into having the motel be a
year round facility, Did they found out who was actually stopping therm
from doing that?
Dr. Patel replied that they had spoken to the ZBA, They were unsure who
was stopping therm. The permit that they get from the BCH stated that it
1
