r
t
phase it, These°gentlemen would like not to do the denitrification. He was
sure that was not a possibility. Maybe they could begin with the office F
building that had four-bedrooms. Also, this facility was seasonal. He was
sure that they have heard some communication, about denitrification with
seasonal use. That by the time you would actually get some good results
by the end of the summer. They would lose the flog into the system and
be somewhat dormant. He guessed it would be somewhere in the
$30,000.00 range for a retrofit even if it could be done. He wasn't sure yet
with that system. Maybe a Bio-clere night work. But, it would be the only
one because of the depth of the existing tank. He wasn't sure how to
resolve the problem. They wanted to begood neighbors and comply. But
this was a big hit and probably going to be the system itself of $30,00 . 0,
i restoration of parking and the unit right there. They do make odor. Not all
of them were odorless. He didn't know howl they were going to resolve
this problem.
Mr. Santos explained to Mr. r yther that this was a 600 GPD regulation.
This system exceeded the 600-gallon flow.
Mr. F yther agreed that the system out there was well over that. The office
has a separate system than that. It should be considered as two system
and not just be able to feed one to the next one. The leach field for the
motel part was not sized for the additional four bedrooms for the office
flow. They did have a little problem making that one system Purpose all.
He felt that they would have to do this with two systems.
Mr. Ball asked what the office flow would be.
Mr. Ryther Mated that it was four-bedrooms or 440 GPD.
Mr. Ball stated that that wouldn't kick in the regulation.
Mr. Harrington stated that it was on the same property.
.Mr. Patel stated that they have three separate addressed 68, 72 and 78.
Mr, l yther stated that one of the buildings was on it's own lot. It rooked
like a dwelling was made into an office and thea added to this property. It
was on a separate systems
Mr. Ball asked what the total count.
Mr. I yther stated that it was -bedrooms alternate at 'I 1GPD. He
thought that the design was for Mess. Did Mr. Darrington have that fire by
any chance?
1
