i
L r
x ■
Mr. Ball continued by stating that they had gone through this argument
many different times and they were never swayed from it and a
denitrification system was going to be required for one of the systems or
both. The board would have to make that decision. They could come up
with two different plans for review. The one with the higher flow would
require the denitrification system. He did not know how the two other
board members would feel about that. They would have to discuss it.
Mr. Santos re-iterated that the four-bedroom office had heat and would be
used year round.
Dr. Patel stated that it was not being used, but it could be used year
round. Last time when they came to the board meeting...
Mr. Santos recommended that they come in with a plain that was all tied in
together.
1r. Fyther stated that he was under the impression that they could
retrofit the current system that was other there where he showed therm in
the picture. He felt that they should come up with a plan for the whole
thing. It sounded like a massive project.
Mr. Santos thought that everything was tied into this one system.
Mr,.Harrington stated that there was one system for the office and the
four-bedroom home.
Mr. l yther pointed out the specifics to Mr. Santos through the pictures,
They would have to re-work the plumbing in the dwelling with a pit in the
front yard. The other system was under the parking lot and was the one .
that gave thein the heart failure.
Mr. Harrington asked Mr. I yth r how deep the tank was and did h
measure down to it.
Mr,, F yther responded that it was about six feet.'Hwasn't sure what
would work there.
Mr. Harrington stated that a Bio- lere would be tough also because they
had a unit that had to be above grade. They don't make risers for it. He
just went through this on a residential property. Hewasn't sure if a Bio-
Clere would work.
Mr. Ryther stated that they had a lot of existing plumbing and just wasn't
something that you could throw together there,
16
