i
t `
Mr. Santos asked Ms. Carron if they weren't supposed'to have plans to the
board at the first of the month.
Ms. Carron replied that they original date for the plaits was June V, 2004,
as it was just in the last minutes.
Mr. Santos felt that they had gone through three or four engineers., it
would appear that they were looking for somebody to cone up with the
best plan for the least amount of money.
Mr. Ryther continues to have a conversation with Mr. Ball as the same
time Ms. Grady is discussing this with Mr. Santos. Therefore, it was
difficult to separate the dialogue on both discussions.)
Mr. Ball suggested that he make a motion to continue this until they
provide the plans,
Mr. Santos felt that they should be given only a two-week extension and a
presentation of the set of plans by the first of the month.,
Mr. Harrington agreed with Mr. Santos*
Mr. Ball asked if the other board members-thought that he sh u'id suggest
that they give thein two plans or should they just stick.with the one.
Mr. Santos felt that if they were separate and only at 440 GPD and the
regulation did not kick in until 660 GPD.
Mr. Harrington re-iterated that it was all the same property, though. It was
all considered one property and all over the Egg GPD. He felt that as far as
the four-bedroom was concerned it was year round right now, They have
zoning problems with the motel itself. They could do the denitrification
with the four-bedroom year round and it was only 440 and only 10% of the
design flow required by the manufacture. But, at least it was something
that mould give the bacteria some food. so a certain percentage would
stay alive. The state was looking at regulations to start seeding these
seasonal systems. He did not know if those regulations were going to
happen or not with all of the budget cuts. But, at least if they could get
the four-bedroom into the main system, one lamer system. He did not
want to give up on that. If it couldn't be done, it couldn't be done, But, he
thought that it was something that needed to be completed because
technically it was worthy of doing
Ms. Grady thought it mould be a better plan overall.
1
