But, it was up to Mr. Ryther right now to put <br /> something together to put before there. <br /> Mr,, Ball stated that he would motion to continue for two-weeks from the <br /> original deadline, <br /> Mr, Harrington stated that that would put therm at the .June 171h, 20049 <br /> meeting. <br /> Mr. Santos advised Mr. l yther that that would give him a two-week <br /> extension to get the plans to therm. <br /> Mr, I yther interjected that he was just hired this week and had a four- <br /> week backlog before he could get the surveyors. <br /> Mr. Santos re-iterated the tiro-week extension to the deadline. He was <br /> stating this to the owners. He felt that they-had beery 'very lenient with the <br /> timeframe already, Mr, Ryther's backlog was something that he needed to <br /> work oUt with his clients. <br /> Mr, Ball felt that they should continue this until the June 17'h, 20049 <br /> deadline and argue their case again, <br /> Dr. Patel asked what the board expected to see on the 17 Ih# <br /> Ms. Grady stated that they expected to see plans. <br /> Mr. Ball stated that it had to be something more than what they were <br /> seeing tonight. <br /> Dr. Patel reiterated "a pian to..." The four-bedroom house was not part of <br /> the plan at all. it was something that carne up between that meeting and <br /> today. It was a surprise. He didn't think that they could come up with all <br /> of this by the 1t". <br /> Mr. Santos interrupted Dr. Pater and reiterated that he understood what <br /> he was saying. That was good but it did not hold water as far as he was <br /> concerned as an excuse. if he had come in here with a set of plans for the <br /> motel and said oh by the way the house got thrown into this situation. <br /> They would be moving right along without any problems and issues. Did <br /> he understand his position? He felt that they were very lenient to give <br /> therm the deadline in the first place* Now they extended it two-weeks and <br /> they wanted to see the plans for both properties. <br />
