He did not put on the <br /> emergency application that there was a variance involved, so, the <br /> variance newer got put in writing. so the beard signed off and-did not <br /> realize that there was a variance, she had had conversations with her on <br /> site stating the need to hook up to town water when it carne by to the <br /> point where he was comfortable not doing the'affidavits Now it was <br /> coming back on hire that Ms. Walsh did not do it in writing and he had net <br /> requested it in writing as far as herr end recording the requirement to do <br /> that, As far as the paper trail on this, when he wrote the letter he read the <br /> regulation that it could stand done as long as the variance was approve. <br /> But, having re-read it, it was hour you interpreted the regulation whether <br /> there had to be something in writing as far'as there being an approved <br /> variance. The board approved the system going in at just 100% So it was <br /> less than ISO' and greater than 1001. But, there was no written variance <br /> approved,m Therefore, he didn't know if it met the regulation. When he <br /> wrote the letter he thought that it could stand-alone. Aust the approval of <br /> the installation of the system. <br /> Nis. Warden added that this was in a pre-established sub-division with I SOP <br /> to the septic. <br /> Mr. Ball asked if it was pre-existing non-conforming'. <br /> Mr. Darrington stated that it was in a pre-existing sub-division. so the 1000 <br /> could be approved.
