Grady and felt that that was appropriate until <br /> the regulation was re-written. <br /> Mr. Ball was also in agreement with that position. <br /> MIs. Grady added that she would also like'to see what other towns might <br /> t <br /> have in writing for this situation. <br /> Nis# Warden responded that she had checked with Barnstable. she found <br /> that either their regulation or our regulation was an original because there <br /> was nothing any different in ours than in Barntabie's. They had a few <br /> more things in the Barnstable regulation. <br /> Ms. Grady asked if she had to go for a variance in front of there. <br /> MIs# Paparella stated that she did net have to go for a variance. <br /> MIs. Grady asked MIs. Warden n if that were the case then how could that be* <br /> Ids. warden thought that it could be an interpretation of this regulation* <br /> She felt that it was very vague in spots. <br /> Ms. Grady agreed that that was possible. But, it still said that it would <br /> have to be conducted in a licensed facility. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that for the fact that it didn't say that a therapist <br /> could not go into a private home to do it. It did not say that. The part that <br /> they were interpreting stricter than Barnstable that they were considering <br /> a private hence a premises. They were holding stricter to this saying that <br /> any premises had to be a licensed establishment. They were saying it <br /> doesn't. They were not considering a private home a premises. It was <br /> open to interpretation. <br /> Mr. Ball made a motion to grant the variance requested to provide <br /> 7 <br />
