Levin stated that she had been doing this for a living since 1993. <br /> Mr, Harrington interrupted IVIS. Levin and confirmed that he understood <br /> that. He then asked her where she had been doing it, <br /> Nis. Levin stated that they had lived in Westchester, New York. she had a <br /> private practice there. <br /> Mn, Harrington stated that the eight years was supposed to be at a license <br /> facility. Again that was another point. He didn't know if she had worked <br /> under someone such as an internship or some other requirement for <br /> shiatsu or massage. <br /> Ms. Levin responded that for shiatsu they took a certain number of <br /> courses, which covered the things they needed to know in order to give a <br /> treatment. she didn't know if they were familiar with-a book put out with <br /> by Falmouth Hospital. They have okayed credentials and checked thein <br /> for various complimentary therapies. Included in that was shiatsu, They <br /> had gone over all of her credentials, (she then presented a copy of the <br /> book to the board members.) she studied privately with David sergel after <br /> she left Ohashi Institute, He was one of the leading shiatsu teachers* <br /> Mr. Harrington asked Ms. Levin how long she studied with him. <br /> Ms. Levin began... <br /> Mr. Harrington interrupted Ms. Levin and noted that on her information <br /> packet it stated that she was with him from 1993 to 1995, <br /> Ms. Warden asked Ms, Levin hover many hours did she take of anatomy and <br /> physiology. <br /> Ms. Levin responded that she tool[ a course at Kripalo in Lenon, MA.
