i
I
Mr. F yther presented the board with aqua-points diagram to the boards He
stated that it showed the system really protruding out of the ground. The
piling was deep currently in the system. It was approximately two and
one half to three feet they had figured on depending on the finished grade
and those trees they talked about removing. One of the concerns that the
owners have is that if this went and was approved. They would like to be
able to be considered a year-round motel, He thought it might help the
system to not be shut down for six months of the year. They were in the
house year-round. But, the motel was shut down.
Mr. Sall asked if that was the board's call,
Mr. Harrington felt that there was something on a previous plan that it
was to be only seasonal.
MIs. Garron interjected that it had something to do with building. When
this initially carne up somebody called to complain about it being opened
year-round. she went over to building to find out about It, Mro Wheeler
stated that there was an original meeting at some point years ago about
them being opened year round.
Mr. Harrington agreed with Ms. Carron and felt that it was a zoning issue.
The board had the ability to restrict it. But, he would not recommend it
with these types of systems. He continued by stating that as far as the
first variance regarding the office and the bedrooms. The four bedrooms
and the office were less than 600 GPD. The rest of the property was
getting treatment. They should gain the majority of the flow from that
property*
Mr. Santos stated that he did not have any problem with this, He was glace
to see that they actually had a set of plans in front of therm. He felt that
they had clone an excellent job as far as working with this tight of a rot.
He could definitely see why they would not want to run a pipe all the gray
from that house to gain a denitrification system. It would not be of benefit
to anyone. Now they could see the exact footprint of the buildings and the
property lines. He could understand exactly what they were dealing with.
It was more verbal before where this was visual. He felt that they did a
great job with this and it looped good. He thought that this was the only
thing that was going to work.
Mr. Harrington stated that one last comment on the Bio-clere should the
board approve this was to get some bollards around the system to protect
it in the parking area.
4
