1
., that the DEP would go along with it. But, he felt that they needed a
variance request to do that. He asked her to correct him if he was wrong
because this eras-the first time he had dealt with larger systems. They
had discussed this with Mr. Rich Crater who was one of the other
principals. He was going to-request it from the IEP* if each property was
going to have an innovative alternative system an it. They would rather
not do that. They would rather have one system that was maintained by
one company with one contract. If one thing gent wrong there would be
one person to answer for it and not 14 different owners. He agreed with
that. Did a variance need to be requested? That was the only question
that he had. He did not have the information lore enough to do a full
review. He would be honest enough about that. He didn't really grant to
hold them up. But, he didn't want to miss anything either. He would like to
ask Mr, Dudley at the DEP. Mr, Dudley was on vacation right now. He
could ask someone else at water pollutions But, he did not have that
chance as fair as getting all of that stuff reviewed. There was a rot to it#
But, overall it was a nice system. It was a mice design. He thought that
the Hitrex was going to be a nice addition to it. But, there was a lot of
information to go over. He reviewed floor plans and made comments on
the floor plans also. Again, those were 408 so they don't have to listen to
the BOH stuff as far as the bedroom definition. They would have to go by
the state definition because it was 40B., But, he made his, comments
anyways. The other issue was that because it was commercial and mixed
use. They would have to listen to there regarding the local regulations.
This was mined use, if it was straight commercial or 40B and they wanted
to make a condition of approval be that they did not want to go by the
local regulations on this request. Then they did not get there commercial,
The design flow right now includes commercial. They were meeting the
i
600 GPD regulation. He had another question was on the pumps, Why
didn't they go to three-phase power on the pumps rather than single
phase? What horsepower were these pumps that were going to be put in
there for the pressure distribution systems?
i
Ms. Bogucki replied that it was in the plans. she was under the
impression that they went with single phase because that was what was
available. she was not sure if three-phase was available. That was the
kind of power that you generally only find in an industrial park type
setting, single phase was available everywhere. You can get up to fairly
large pumps with that single phase.
Mr. Harrington felt that their starter was going to last a heck of a rot
longer with three phase. They usually run It in for commercial buildings.
Granted these were just going to be retail, Restaurants were typically
given three-phase poorer. He was not going to say that the restaurants
down here. But, if it was commercial they could run it in and it was better
