That was <br /> okay then. Something that he recommended was that the house be put on <br /> piles rather than the concrete. That way the tanks could be put <br /> underneath the house, if they were going to keep the house this size. The <br /> other recommendation was to make the house smaller. This was a tiny <br /> area of upland and the coverage was... <br /> Mr. Costa asked Mr. Harrington if the tanks were moved under the <br /> building, how much distance would he feel comfortable with between the <br /> tanks and the edge of the leaching facility. <br /> Mr. Harrington responded that he would be comfortable with five-feet. <br /> Right now if he were stripping out and providing some waterproofing <br /> typically it was five-feet. That would give you more room for the leaching. <br /> The pump chamber and the RSF units are not a big deal because they <br /> were not up high. So they were not going to have any effluent coming <br /> back into them. He would say to move the tank and the reserve tank <br /> underneath the building in-between the piles. He was not going to get a <br /> basement there. <br /> Mr. Costa interjected that he had already spoken to the client and advised <br /> him that he should go with the piles. He just didn't show it underneath the <br /> building because he thought that it would just create a little bit more heat <br /> burn.
