It would be on an as needed basis,}'That was all <br /> available. <br /> Mr. Santos confirmed that everything would be single use items. <br /> CRs# Billings confirmed that that was correct, <br /> Mr. Santos stated that those were the only comments that he had. <br /> Mr. Ball made a motion to continue until the next meeting on September <br /> 9011 2004v she would creed to have the second Hepatitis B series, room <br /> designated for her own use and transporting medical waste contract, Mr. <br /> Santos seconded the motion, Motion passed. <br /> Mr. Darrington felt that a sketch of the room would be necessary, He also <br /> felt that Ms. Grady, the board chair would also like a chance to review <br /> this application. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Christopher Costa- 36 & 40 Great liver Toad <br /> Mr. Costa was present for this appointment. Mr. costa began by stating <br /> that this would be an Installation of an IA system in the homeowner's lot <br /> at Great diver Load, gust to update the board several weeks ago he _ <br /> made a presentation on the project that was reviewed by the health <br /> agent, There were some questions and problems with the design in that <br /> there was a short circulting problem between the septic tarries and the <br /> leaching facility because of the proximity of each. OMNI Environments re- <br /> ir ulation tanks have special "Pollock' risers oast into the concrete. All <br /> risers; rings and covers have gaskets and are screwed together. The <br /> septic tanks are retrofitted with polylock riser adaptors and covers. This <br /> produces a sealed tank which will prevent saltwater, groundwater and <br /> leachate intrusion. They were hesitant to put the tanks under the building <br /> because of maintenance issues and hope that the mitigation he had <br /> outlined would make theca comfortable with the design as proposed, The <br /> previous variances requested are as follows: An eight-foot variance from <br /> the street to the SAS. A one-foot variance from the crawl space to the <br /> SAS. A seven-foot five-inch variance from the crawl space to the septic <br /> tank. A sic-tenths variance from the SAS to the retaining wall, <br /> After much discussion,.Mr. Ball made a motion to continue this agenda <br /> item until the September 91h9 2004, board meeting for the following <br /> reasons. Mr. costa,needed to notify the northerly abutter because the <br /> tank was being moved to the front of the lot. secondly, since the SAS <br /> 5 <br />
