That was that previous week. <br /> Mr. Shultz stated that she had actually been on vacation first and then on bed rest. <br /> Ms. Grady stated that she was not available. <br /> Mr. Shultz stated that she was not available as of the "'. <br /> Mr. Harrington advised the board that as of the the store did not have a ' <br /> g � , <br /> ServSafe person. Then the next item was whether they had a person in charge or not. <br /> Scott had already left at that point. Dean was there and Dean was not SerSaf <br /> trained. Haddad was there temporarily also. He was an assistant manager. <br /> Mr. Shultz stated that he was a manager in training, not an assistant manager. <br /> Mr. Harrington continued.by stating that as of at least last Thursday they knew that <br /> the store was not being operated in compliance. They do not know haw far before <br /> that the store was out of compliance. They knew that at least as of Thursday h n <br /> they closed the store for that day they were out of compliance because of the selling <br /> f the expired product. They diel not have any documentation prior to that date of the <br /> selling of the food. <br /> Mr. Ball stated that they could assume fourteen clays and then they would approve <br /> over two days that ServSafe was there or whatever. Could they assume fourteen.days <br />
