A <br /> during their recent inspections. <br /> Mr. Bowar added that they had recently put in all brand new coffee equipment, <br /> brewers, holding equipment, timers that show hove many hours that the coffee had <br /> been hot. <br /> Ms. Grady went over the motion that had been made. There was $500.00 per <br /> violation for a total of$3000.00. <br /> Ms. Carron added that the notion also stated that they were to suspend food service <br /> license until everyone was ServSafe certified. Coffee and retail were exempt from <br /> the suspension. <br /> IVIS. Warden wantedthe board to incorporate the following language 4301.12 (b). <br /> "Sink compartments shall be large enough to accommodate immersion ofthe largest <br /> equipment and utensils. If equipment or utensils are too large for the warewashing <br /> sink a warewashing machine or alternative equipment as specified in paragraph C <br /> r this section shall be used., <br /> Mr. Ball added the above into his motion. Mr. Santos seconded this notion with the <br /> addition ofthe submission of the written internal policy of Exxon/Mobil regarding <br /> what their protocol is going to be regarding the prevention of this situation from <br /> happening again. All on Mobil inspections done by their supervisors and <br /> regional managers will be forwarded to the board. He wanted that every month for at <br /> least six-months. Motion passed. <br /> Being no further business Mr. Ball made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 3:14 <br /> PIM. Mr. Santos seconded the notion.
