Ms. Grady asked the Deputy Fire Chief Sheldon Hamblin if he had-anything he
wanted to add to the discussion.
Mr. Hamblin stated that he had an outstanding issue with the underground storage
facility that they probably should address before they bring they break from the
meeting.
Mr. Ball made a motion to fine Mobil-on-the-Run for six violations at $500.00 per
violation or a total of$3000.00. Furthermore, their food service license will be
suspended until all employees were ServSafe certified.
Ms. warden asked if they were going to allow the sale ofretail food. Please put that
in the.motion.
Mr. Ball added to the motion that the sale of retail food would be allowed that
included all pre-packaged food.and dict not include the sale of coffee and such
products.
Ms. warden added that her other concern was the three-bay sink. She asked Dan to
wash all_of the bins before they put there back because they were sitting on the floor
outside. They should be cleaned periodically. Those, sinks could not hold the
sandwich bins. They were too small. They were going to request the board to require
them to install a standard three-bay sink somewhere back there. It could not wash
the bins or any large object. They were very small miniature three-lay sinks.
Mr. Shultz stated that the spout itself carne over the top so that the bias could go
underneath it.
Ms. warden'stated that they would get soaking wet with this process.
Mr. Shultz added that the bias themselves were not wide enough so they could get
the bias underneath. They sit on top of the three and the spout went over the top of
that with the hot water going in there. It can be washed but they didn't fit inside-
ways.
IVIS. Warden was under the impression that the food code required therm to have a
sink that could Dandle the bins.
Mr. Bowar would review the food code requirements and they would make sure that
the adjustments were made. If it required a brand new sink that is what they would
do.
Ms. Grady was concerned that the coffee machines were being maintained
considering how the rest of the store was being handled.
Mr. Harrington stated that they have never had a problem with the coffee machines
1
