Glenn Santos, Steven R. Ball, Glen E. <br /> Harrington, veronica A.Warden <br /> A. SPECS BOARD MEETING—MOBIL ON THE RUIN <br /> Food Code violations <br /> IVIS. Grady asked if the people who would be speaking on behalf of Mobil on the <br /> Run would identify themselves. <br /> Mark Schultz <br /> Dean Ismil <br /> Kendra Gromelski, Attorney <br /> Cameron Bowar, Operations Manager <br /> Robert Carpenter <br /> Mr. Harrington began by stating that they were all present for the reason that last <br /> Thursday a complaint was received in the office. A gentleman brought in a breakfast <br /> sausage,, egg and cheese muffins. It had a fair amount of black moldy spots on it. It <br /> was about 9:00 AM that he carne into the office. At 9:30 AM they went out to the <br /> store to do an inspection. The inspection was,to look at the remainder of the food <br /> and determine if it was a widespread problem. They checked the food that was out <br /> on the display area and also in the walk-in refrigerator. They found several foes of <br /> moldy breakfast sandwiches, crescent egg and cheese and muffin egg and cheese. It <br /> also included the biscuit egg and cheese. <br /> IVIS. Warden added that a box f cheeseburgers had tuned moldy and chicken—one <br /> of each. It was also out-dated. <br /> Mr. Harrington continued by stating that in the course of the inspection they spoke <br /> with"Stephanie"who was working behind the counter and "Beverly"who was <br /> actually heating the food in the warmer and then placing them in the display. Thea <br /> was also a"Walter" who was on-site also. They dealt with mostly Stephanie and <br /> -Beverly at that time. They did not meet Dean I moil until the afternoon. Haddad who <br /> was not at the present meting was a fill-in for a couple of days from a New <br /> Hampshire store. They also dealt with him Because he was manager-in-training. <br /> They asked Haddad, Stephanie and Beverly what the dates of manufacture and <br /> expiration were for this product. They got no answers on either question. Ms. <br /> Warden and he took over the foxes and the labels. They were able to at least figure <br />
