 ■
4
ti
he had assumed, when he spoke with him today, that he was going to be extending
the leaching facility out in the same direction across the driveway. He did not have
this in front of him and didn't realize that there was enough room to even...He had
been on the property and the property was fairly thick with treats. He hadn't realized
that there was even enough room. He know knew why he also went to the bottom
area because he had to use the sister data. It had essentially become a Meld.
Mr. Grotzke stated that his assumption was correct.
i
Mr. Harrington noted that those were two items that made sense now that he saw
them on the plan. He apologized again for his misunderstanding.
Mr. Grotzke stated that it was difficult sometimes to understand verbally what they
were trying to accomplish.
Mr. Harrington added that he was forewarned that it corning in enough time to put it
on the agenda. But, again it was...
(Ms warden is speaking but I cannot hear what she i.s saying., .
Mr. trot ke answered Ms. warden and stated that the information was the previous
system that was just installed earlier this year. It was installed and based on an old
pereulation test. what they were doing was just augmenting the existing system with
two additional flow-diffusers at exactly the same elevation and the sane location.
Mr. Harrington added that Cape & Islands did the design for the repair of the
system. They were
going to re-locate the existing pump chamber that was there. They were abandoning
the 1000-gallon septic tank and proposing to install a denitrification system. Again
they did the denitrification calculations if they were interested in seeing them.
Mr. Harrington stated that the board had done less than 100 feet from the top of the
coastal bank. The board had required the LTA system on Great Oak Toad.
Mr. tarot ke stated they would be happy and willing to install it. But, they felt again
since they were maintaining the existing setbacks and adding the denitrification with
an effluent quality that would be rather high. That the duality would be far superior
than they had now.
Mr. Ball stated that he wasn't feeling to comfortable with this request right now. He
10
