They were not
going to be meeting for another two weeks. Mr. Harrington seemed to be very happy
with it. He{would life to see the UV system as part of the conditions of approval.
That was currently his only comment. He felt that they needed more time for review.
Ms. Grady was in agreement with Mr. Ball's position in this natter.
Mr. Santos stated that they still didn't have an answer regarding the catch basin for a
simple example.
Mr. Ball suggested that they give Mr. Harrington the authority.
Ms. Grady suggested that they come back to the board for further review and
approval.
11th. Mr. Ball seconded the motion. Motion
passed.
Mr. Gr t l e wanted to ask the board members a question. He had requested this
conference because the client was considering the purchase ofthe property. They
had to male a commitment by Saturday. The purpose of his being here was to get a
feel from the board if this was viable concept. He would lite t g back to the
client and be able to tell them yes this was possible or no forget and look elsewhere.
Mr. Santos stated that this Was definitely possible. But, if he wanted to come to the
board as in the past to sit down and discuss this in-order.to get a feeling from the
board. They had always been more than willing to work like that. But,basically
what he wanted them to do right now was to male a decision on a lot of possibilities
and was Little Heel Bay going to allow him to dig up a catch basin and put a solid
in there. Here they would be approving all of the variances and everything else with
nothing being finalized.
Mr. Ball added that if he wanted to know the feeling of the hoard. It was on
positive note with some necessary changes to the satisfaction of the agent.
Mr. Santos asked Mr. Harrington if he saw anything that couldn't be resolved. He
would feel a lot more comfortable seeing some really good plans that noted
elevations and all the other details. Right now,all they had was a GIS map that didn't
if
