His problem was that they did not even present a decent <br /> plan when requesting a variance. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that they were not relocating the tank. They were just <br /> changing the footprint ofthe house. He thought that they had reviewed plan in file. <br /> He explained to Mr. Santos that it was straightforward and he had something that <br /> shoved were the tank was.
