But, did they want to state a time frame for <br /> it to be accomplished. That was something that the board members had left opened <br /> to be done within a reasonable time. That was why the board wanted to re-visit this <br /> agenda item. That was the status ofit right now. The water d the meter were there, <br /> but... <br /> Ms. Carron asked Mr. Harrington if he had spoken to Mr. Jolly, lumbin inspector. <br /> She had asked him this week if he had gotten a call from Mr. Young. He said that h <br /> had received a call. Maybe he was just pulling her leg. There were no plumbing <br /> permits in the computer. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that that was what he 'Went by what was on CEO. There had <br /> been no plumbing permit pulled to do that as of yesterday morning. If it was in the <br /> works it was fine. But, h -didn't know if the board wanted to set up a definitive date <br /> for this to be accomplished. Did they want him to touch base with Ir. Young and <br /> then get back to the board members? It was up to their discretion. <br /> Mr. Santos suggested that it be done by September 301h, 2004, and if he couldn't he <br /> should come before the board. <br /> Mr. Ball asked if that was a motion. <br /> 5 <br /> Mr. Santos made a motion to have Mr. Demos Young of the Coffee Roasters <br /> th <br /> connect to town water by September 301 2004, and if not he was to appear before <br /> the board at that meeting that night. Mr. Ball seconded the notion. Motion passed. <br /> B. Steve and Joan Adams—40 Uncle Henry's Road <br /> Mr. Harrington updated the board regarding this property. It was the property that <br /> had the septic repair done it. Cape& Islands had done the engineering plan. These <br /> properties were in the flood plain at the intersection of Clover and Uncle Henry's <br /> Road. The abutter carne in and complained that the upgrade had caused flooding to <br /> his property. He had pictures and shoved the board. The board never doubted that h <br /> had water and lots of it in his yard. This yard dict previously have the same <br /> conditions. But,because of the upgrade the water was now essentially flowing into <br /> the other yard. What the board had asked him to do was to touch base with Cape <br /> Islands to find out the grading and the sig.-inch berm.provided to push the water out <br /> towards the front of the property to the street. In his talking to Mr. Sani ki who had <br /> done,the engineering. He had reminded hire that the leaching facility had been <br /> moved and the fill had been brought further over than what had been shown on the <br /> plan. That was done beaus �rthe leaching pit had been moved. The leaching had <br /> 1 <br />
