Santos stated that he couldn't just set up at the rotary and start selling hot dogs. <br /> Mr. Harrington interjected that the town by-laws state that for a hawker or peddler t <br /> do door-to-door or for a hawker and peddler's license. They had to he inspected by <br /> the board. But, he had his state license. But, he dice have to speak to the selectmen. <br /> He told him that he wasn't crazy about having these types of units in town. But, he <br /> essentially because he had a hawkers arra peddlers license they could not stop hire <br /> from doing that. It was not in the intent ofthe state regulation. But, they could set <br /> conditions upon that. <br /> Mr. Santos asked if he wanted the decision tonight. <br /> Ms. Grady asked if he carne in today. She would like more time to think about this <br /> request. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated Haat it was up to the board. But, he was looking to get going. <br /> He let him hove about the kt herfest.- <br /> Mr. Ball made a motion to continue.
