Request for Food Establishment Permit: Hillside Foods 628 Main Street <br /> Mr. Harrington began by stating that through the building department they found out <br /> that there were some additional tenants in the basement of 628 Main Street, the old <br /> Cheapo repot building. To date the building doesn't have an occupancy permit, <br /> which they realized when they let the church go in there on a temporary basis until <br /> they found a more permanent location. They have now been there a year. In the <br /> dealings between Fuss wheeler and the folks at the church, the fire department, <br /> building and we did inspections of the building. Ms. warden event down and looked <br /> at the whole unit. He event through there as well. Cape Cod Sports wear was located <br /> there. They actually do silk screen with full silk sereehing and embroidery process in <br /> 4 <br />
